Dr Jones provides an excellent service. He is efficient and, although very busy, makes you feel listed to and cared for. The level of service he provides feels like you are a private patient and not lost in the public health service. I feel he has created a very efficient department and makes his consultations humorous despite painful symptoms you are seeing him about.

It may sound strange to say this but I find my annual check-ups with Dr Hugh Jones enjoyable. His ability to put people instantly at ease, to truly listen to what you're saying and to be properly in the moment with you during the consultation makes you believe that he has a genuine interest in what you've said and your future well-being. I've found his counsel both reassuring and helpful over the last 4 years I've been seeing him. A great doctor.
